This is an update for anyone who would like to play badminton in Angeles City. My research has brought up 3 venues within the Angeles City area, although there may well be others that are not well advertised. Firstly there is Hardicourt Badminton Center, situated in Angeles City:
Also, outside Angeles City, in Telabastagan, there is Smash Power Badminton Center, which I have visited and has many courts at a reasonable price. It's only downside is that it is just outside Angeles City.
The third venue that my initial research brought up, namely Score Badminton Court in Marisol, has now shut down.
I will give an update once I have investigated prices, opening times, policies etc for these three venues.

One of the good things about badminton is that beginners and experts can play together without too many problems, unlike tennis or table tennis.
