Here is my Diary of My Experience with Converge, Starting 27th July 2021, after being without internet for 2 weeks.

2021-07-29 - 11:27 - Sent new message to John Hardy advising of no internet.
2021-07-29 - 11:00 - Internet stopped working again!
2021-07-29 - 10:21 - Received phone call from Converge, technical support. After 3 phone calls now working.
2021-07-29 - 09:30 - Checked internet, now not working. Sent message to John Hardy @ Converge
2021-07-29 - 09:00 - Checked internet, working, about to contact John Hardy to say working.......
2021-07-28 - Internet still not working after an hour. Contacted John Hardy. He advised that it takes up to 24 hours.
2021-07-28 - Visited as promised, replaced Modem, still not working, but advised that would be working within one hour., and this would be shown by top four lights being green.
2021-07-27 - Phoned back by Converge to say that the problem is our modem, and will replace next day.
2021-07-27 - Contacted Converge to inform them that we have been without internet for a week
