To get the discount card you have to be a member of Philippine Addicts
After you have joined you just have to visit the venue specified in the link below (at the time of writing Grand Central Hotel), tell them your board name and pay the fee. You will then get the card. The cost of the card at the time of writing is 300 PHP.
